Our Ordershark solution turns your Apple or Android based phone into an order entry mobile device.
Our customer service team is always available to answer your questions or take your order by
phone or fax.
Invoice Payment - Go online and pay your bill. Through our web-portal, enter and save your bank account information and process your payment to us.
Order confirmation email – When we receive your order, we will send you an automatic email detailed confirmation for your viewing. Changes or additions to your order can be done up until your order is released to the warehouse for processing.
Invoice confirmation email. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse and is on its way to you, we will email you an advanced copy of the delivery invoice.
Custom Order Guides Whether your store requires an authorized list or historical order guide, we can print them to your requirements.
Retail Pricing Maintenance - Customize your retails and have them print on your invoices, shelf tags and price labels. You can maintain them yourself through our web-portal or have our customer service team assist you.
Shelf Tag Printing - We can print and maintain your shelf tags. We have multiple formats available.
Electronic Data Interchange - We are EDI experts. We can receive your order, invoice and send you advanced shipping notices. Other EDI services are available.
Cigarette program monitoring - We can help you stay in compliance with the cigarette manufacturer programs.
